Who is this for?
Offsite and event planners, relocation and HR teams: anyone who has to collect quotes from many vendors for a client.
Where do the prices come from?
Each vendor’s own website on the day we check, with the source linked. No price online? We call and ask, and if we can’t get one, the sheet says so instead of guessing.
Which vendors work best?
Resorts, venues, movers, cleaners, coworking spaces and photographers. Caterers and decorators mostly share rates only on a call, so for those we call.
What happens to my brief and client details?
Your brief is used only to run the search; when we call a vendor we describe the job, not your client. We don’t sell or share it. Details: Privacy.
Which areas do you cover?
Bengaluru, any area, plus getaways like Coorg and Chikmagalur. Somewhere else? Send it and we’ll tell you honestly if it works.
